Church Planters Assessment
OPTION 1: February 26-March 2, 2007 - (Reading Week) Canadian Church Planters Assessment Centre (http://www.ccpac.net) is an intensive 40-hour process which places participants into simulations involving the many facets of planting a church. Trained assessors observe and chronicle behaviors, actions, and attitudes, and these results form the basis for a recommendation for or against a primary leadership role in church planting.
OPTION 2: Profile Assessment System (PAS) is a behavior evaluation that looks at thirteen characteristics common to successful church planters. Developed by Charles Ridley this 4-5 hour assessment looks an individual's existing behaviors and then rates them against established norms. A report is written from this interview outlining the level of strength in each area. The individual will be able to see the areas that qualify, disqualify or conditionally qualify them as a potential planter. Done under the supervision of the Canadian Assessment Coordinating Team (CACT), this assessment forms part of the process of identifying potential planters and clarifying areas of strength and weakness for them.
