Mission
The Diploma in Worldview Studies is designed for Korean Christian leaders who want to become equipped with a Biblical worldview. This program will be of interest to those who have a sabbatical period of one year or less.
Admission Requirements
- An undergraduate degree or its equivalent is normally required for admission.
- Students with less than 6 semester hours of undergraduate biblical and theological studies must take BIE 500 Introduction to the Bible (2) and THS 540 Introduction to Theology (2) in addition to the program requirements. LBR 490 Library Skills (1) is also required of all students.
- A maximum of six (6) semester hours of correspondence courses can be applied to the program.
- A maximum of six (6) hours of transfer credit can be allowed in a thirty-hour program.
- English proficiency test (e.g. TOEFL) scores are not required for the Diploma - Korean Language.
Graduation Requirements
- Completion of all academic requirements with a minimum GPA of 2.5.
- Payment of all tuition, fees and other financial responsibilities.
- Evidence of consistent Christian character, conduct and biblical faith and recommendation accordingly by the faculty and adjunct mentors.
- Students are expected to complete the program over three semesters: two semesters at the Trinity Western University campus and one semester in Korea.
