Biography
B.A., M.Ed., University of British Columbia; B.A., M.A., Oxford University; M.A., Ph.D., University of Toronto. Dr. Perkins has been involved in theological education since 1977. In addition to teaching experience in Korea, Dr. Perkins serves currently as associate pastor in the Fellowship of Evangelical Baptist Churches. He served as Dean of Northwest Baptist Seminary 1981 - 2000, President of Northwest since January, 2000, and as Academic Dean of ACTS 1995 - 2004. Current research includes Gospel of Mark and translating the book of Exodus for the new English translation of the Septuagint.
