Biography
B.A., Vancouver Bible College; M.A., Talbot Theological Seminary; Ed.D., Oregon State University. Dr. Congo has served several years as an educational pastor of churches in Canada and the United States. He has served as a Professor of Educational Ministries at Western Seminary, Northwest Baptist College, and ACTS Seminaries for over a decade. His doctoral dissertation focused on Job Satisfaction/Dissatisfaction in ministry.
