The Board of Directors of the ACTS Seminaries is pleased to announce the appointment of Ryan Klassen as Executive Director, beginning July 1, 2019.
Ryan has served as Director of Marketing and Enrolment at ACTS Seminaries over the past three years and has played an important role in the expansion of our unique partnership. Prior to that he served in Enrolment Management at Tyndale Seminary in Toronto. He is nearing the completion of a PhD in Theology at the University of Toronto.
Ryan has brought creativity, vision, and collaboration to the ACTS Seminaries already, and the Board is looking forward to his continued use of these strengths going forward.
The Board is also grateful for the role that Dr. Guy Saffold has played at ACTS, both in its founding some 35 years ago and now more recently as the partnership’s first Executive Director. The Board appreciates his wisdom and leadership and has conferred the honour of Executive Director Emeritus on him. Upon retiring June 30, 2019, he will continue at ACTS as part-time Director for the DMin program.
